I wish my boss have seen this. Yes boss, carrot and stick won’t do the trick no more. Not for us.

We, creatives, are a unique kind of breed. We’re born with different sets of DNA. We’re obnoxious, uncanny and have a wicked sense of humor. Some are egomaniacs, delusional and have huge ego bigger than Petronas Twin Towers and what they think their penis is. Some are fun, so full of beans than even Pennywise couldn’t handle a minute with them. Some have psychological and mental illness, demented freaks with acute obsessive–compulsive disorders. And it all can only be fixed by working in the shitty fucked-up hellhole that we all know as ad agencies. 

As much as we like to bitch, moan and whine about out work, we actually love what we do. Money alone just ain’t gonna cut it. So please, stop spoiling all the fun will ya?
